| One-Time Initiation Fee: | $425.00 - Applies to Active1, Senior3, and Single4 Membership Types. | |

| All new members, must pay the initiation fee. 1 - Family (full-voting): Voting membership. For a $25.00 fee (applied to 2008 dues), you may elect to pay the initiation fee over 2 years. $250.00 due by 5/15/2008, $200.00 due by 5/15/2009. Includes $25.00 processing fee. 2 - Associate: Non-voting. One year trial membership. Includes $425.00 annual dues and $75.00 fee. 3 - Senior Citizen: Husband and/or wife, 62 or older, with no minor dependents. Includes $250.00 annual dues 4 - Single: 18 or older. Includes $250.00 annual dues Confirmation of receipt will be delivered via email. Please include a self addressed stamped envelop if you wish to recieve a written receipt. Failure to complete payment(s) will result in late fee(s) and/or loss of all monies and membership. In accordance with the 2000 By-Laws, the Initiation fee is not refundable. |
